Huntington Park Hub

Huntington Park’s Department of Parks and Recreation present an action packed hub featuring Zumba classes, mariachis, folkloric dancers, games, giveaways, an obstacle course, face painting and live music all day. Join Supervisor Hilda Solis’ team for a resource fair and stop by the Library Store on Wheels, the LA River Rover and the South East Community Development Corporation’s Mobile Technology Center.

Stop by Washington Park to enjoy a variety of activities for the whole family presented by the Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation and Supervisor Mark Ridley Thomas. Activities will include clowns, face painting, balloon art, live entertainment from local performers and food trucks.

Check out the Watts hub and enjoy a variety of family fun programming presented by Councilman Joe Buscaino and the Watts community. Activities include the Port of LA Marine Truck, free health checks, a skate park, food trucks, live music and give- aways! Don’t forget to check out other Watts jewels near the hub including the Watts Towers, WLCAC (Mother of Humanity), Locol Watts and the HamWhich Shack.

Grab a bite from a variety of food trucks, add your mark to a collective painting on the Mobile Mural Lab (11am to 3pm) and complete the kids bike safety skills course and get a free helmet from CicLAvia (while supplies last).
