Live/Work Along the Route?

If you live along the route and would like more information about how CicLAvia will affect your neighborhood you may download the route notification flyer for the next event. The flyer has information about the streets that will be closed, parking restrictions and parking options for residents and employees of local businesses. Get more information on our event page.

Event Times

From 9:00am–4:00pm the CicLAvia route will be closed to all cars. Streets will be fully closed to cars no later than 8:00am and no vehicles or on-street parking will be allowed on the route until streets are re-opened to cars at approximately 5:30pm.

Crossing the Route

Cars can cross the route at various major intersections. Police, traffic officers and CicLAvia volunteers are posted at the car-crossing points to assist with the flow of participant and vehicle traffic.

Parking Restrictions

Cars parked on the route on CicLAvia day will be towed starting at 1am. No cars will be allowed to enter or exit the route during the event hours, and any driveway connecting to the CicLAvia route will be blocked. Check for posted parking restrictions on your street before the event. Additional street parking near the route may be restricted.

If you have to pay for parking due to CicLAvia's parking restrictions, we will reimburse you up to $20 for parking fees. Please just mail us the receipt and proof of residence.
