- Free pedicabs – the pedicabs stop at each Hub's Info Booth, so just look for the yellow umbrella! First come first served.

🟫 Jump into the fun at the AARP California Play Zone! Enjoy games, chill in the shade, grab some fun freebies, and discover helpful tips for adults 50+ and their families at their booth.
🏛️ The California Conservation Corps is a state department within the California Natural Resources Agency. They are the largest and longest running conservation corps in the nation. The CCC Booth will provide information flyers, and a recruitment team member will be available to answer your questions.
🏛️ Central City Neighborhood Partners will be engaging individuals on their Reconnecting MacArthur Park Project, which aims to restore MacArthur Park as a safe, welcoming space for walking, biking, and community gathering.
🎨 Stop by The Department of Cultural Affairs booth to decorate your wheels and create cool found object/upcycled windchimes to take home with you!
🟢 GT’s Living Foods, a local brand established in 1995, will be giving out their small-batch crafted kombucha. Made with time, tradition, and taste.
🟢 Refresh yourself with free lemonade and water at L.A. Care Health Plan’s booth. While you’re there, learn more about their health care services and snag some free swag!
🏛️ Los Angeles Council District 1 Eunisses Hernandez will be sharing resources from the city and different departments, along with tote bags, doggy bags, and stickers.
🏛️ Come by and check out the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power’s (LADWP) booth to learn about their electric vehicle rebates and other discount programs. As the largest municipal utility, they’ll be providing information about water and power service in a cost-effective and environmentally responsible manner for the City of Los Angeles.
🏛️ Meet the team behind The LA Local and learn how you can support accessible, community-centered journalism. Learn about their new coverage area that will be serving Koreatown, Pico-Union, and Westlake, and how you can get involved!
🟢 The LA Metro community resources group will have resources about LIFE (Low Income Fare is Easy) and their GoPass for K-12 and Community College Students!
🟢 Metro Bike Share makes it easy, fun, and affordable to get around on two wheels. At their booth, they will teach folks how bike share works, explore membership options, and take part in fun activities celebrating cycling and sustainable transportation! In addition, Metro Bike Share will provide a temporary pop-up station accepting returns until 3:30 pm on event day! All bikes are first-come, first-served, and must be returned to a station when you are done riding.
🟢 School on Wheels is a nonprofit providing free tutoring, mentorship, and school supplies to K-12 children experiencing homelessness in Southern California. Their booth will be providing information regarding how to get involved as a Volunteer tutor for just one hour a week with School on Wheels!
🏛️ Visit Telemundo and NBC 4’s booth to enjoy a fun photo booth experience to capture memorable moments and pick up free giveaway items for the entire family!
🔷 Walk 'n Rollers is a nonprofit based in Los Angeles focused on bicycle and pedestrian safety education. They’ll be providing FREE adult helmets at CicLAvia and information on upcoming bike safety programming!
🔷 Enjoy a bite from a local food truck and take a break in the seating area sponsored by Brompton.
🔷 Stop by Bici Libre to fix your own bike or have a volunteer help you fix your bike! New or used parts will be offered at a low cost or no cost at all.

🟢 The Community Investment for Families Department’s (CIFD) Traffic Safety program will be providing free information and materials about Bicycle/Pedestrian safety. They will also be giving out FREE kids helmets and wheel reflectors for youth ages 5-12 yrs old while supplies last. A child must be present to receive a helmet and reflectors.
🟢 Stop by Food Access LA’s booth to learn about how you can use your EBT card at farmer’s markets!
🏛️ LA Chinatown Community Land Trust is a non-profit made up of local residents, community members, housing advocates, and urban planners that aims to preserve affordable housing and the cultural fabric of their community while promoting neighborhood stability. They’re looking forward to sharing information about their work and passing out free swag!
🏛️ Stop by Los Angeles Council District 1 Eunisses Hernandez’s booth for resources from the city and different departments, along with tote bags, doggy bags, and stickers.
🏛️ LADOT launched the Spring/Alameda Safety and Mobility Project this summer, which aims to improve safety and mobility along these corridors. Visit their booth to learn more about the next steps in the engagement process!
🏛️ LADOT Transit is the municipal transportation department for the City of Los Angeles; their services include DASH, Commuter Express, LAnow, and Cityride. Visit their booth to learn more about public transit information and get assistance with signing up for reduced senior or student TAP cards.
🟢 LA Metro’s booth will have resources about their Bike Share and Heritage Square Joint Development programs!
🏛️ The Los Angeles Public Library provides free and easy access to information, ideas, books, and technology that enrich, educate, and empower every individual in the city's diverse communities. Stop by their booth for library card sign-ups, resources for all ages, books, LAPL freebies, and to see their book bike!
🟫 The L.A. Zoo’s booth will have different touchable objects related to a variety of animals and the field of conservation, but no live animals present. There are trivia games, prizes, and multiple education outreach staff to engage guests of all ages and help them connect to nature and the world around us!
🏛️ Stop by and learn about the Lincoln Heights Neighborhood Council’s upcoming community projects and ways to get involved! They represent over 30,000 stakeholders and constituents in LA City District 1 and 14.
🟢 Streets Are For Everyone is a nonprofit organization that aims to improve the quality of life for pedestrians, bicyclists, and drivers alike by reducing traffic fatalities and injuries. SAFE’s booth will be gathering community input on street safety, spreading their mission and organization program updates, and promoting their Finish The Ride and Run Santa Clarita event, along with giveaways!
🟫 CicLAvia has partnered with Unlimited Biking to provide on-site bike rentals on 10/12 with pickup and drop-off at the Chinatown Hub! Click here to reserve a bike in advance. A limited number of bikes will be available to rent at the event on a first-come, first-served basis. Helmet rental is complementary, and a portion of the proceeds are donated to CicLAvia.

🎨 The LA Phil team will be back at CicLAvia Heart of LA, promoting the 2025/2026 Walt Disney Concert Hall season. Visit their booth for giveaways, brochures, and information for their next season!
🟢 LA Metro will have resources about the LA River Path Project and Link Union Station (Link US) Project!
🟫 LAist is your trusted source for NPR programming, local news, and culture across Southern California. Stop by their booth to meet the team and get some free LAist swag!
🏛️ The Mayor's Office of Community Engagement will be offering information on how to access city services and passing out flyers about upcoming events offered by their office. They will also be giving away goodies!
🟫 Serve Robotics will have demos of their robots and answer questions about their operations and opportunities to collaborate! Serve develops advanced, AI-powered, low-emission sidewalk delivery robots that endeavor to make delivery sustainable and economical.
🟢 Suntory ALL-FREE is a non-alcoholic beer-like taste beverage that has zero sugar, 0.00% alc/vol, and zero calories. They will have a sampling booth and a bicycle prize wheel to spin and win ALL-FREE branded items like koozies and tote bags.

Near the Hub:
Stop by the Caltrans Norma Dorsey Museum to see a special CicLAvia exhibit honoring 15 years of CicLAvia joy, culture, and community! (open M-F, 9AM-5PM until October 15th, 2025).
Check out the Historic Downtown Farmer’s Market on 5th St. from Broadway to Main (open from 10am-3pm) and grab lunch from a variety of prepared food vendors!
