🔷 Ride On! Bike Shop / Co-Op is one of our bike repair partners, providing FREE minor bike repair and adjustments during the event.
🏛️ The LADOT Transit team helps the community access information about the DASH, Commuter Express, and Cityride service. The team will be at CicLAvia to help seniors and students with applications for a reduced-fare TAP card and load free rides for low-income members who are signed up for the LIFE program.
🏛️ LADOT will provide information about their latest projects and services, including Safe Routes for Seniors. Safe Routes for Seniors is a community-driven program to improve mobility, safety, comfort, and social connections for older adults in the Expo-Crenshaw neighborhood.
🏛️ The Office of Mayor Karen Bass team will be joining us to share information about their department and other city resources. Visit their booth for more information.
🏛️ LA Metro will have information and updates about the K Line Northern Extension and its development.
🔷 There are multiple Metro Bike Share stations throughout Los Angeles with bikes available 24/7 on a first-come, first-served basis. Visit this map to plan ahead to plan your day or download the Metro Bike Share app to see real-time bike availability. To support the event, Metro Bike Share will also have a temporary pop-up station at the West Adams Hub that will operate from 9am – 2pm. All bikes will be available first-come, first-served basis and can be returned to the Metro Bike Share team at the West Adams Hub before the end of the event or to any station with an open dock when you are finished riding.

Find out everything you need to know about rules of the road and bicycle safety practices along with exciting news about the planned expansion of the Metro Bike Share System to in-fill the area between the Westside and Downtown/Central LA service areas.
🔷 Streets For All is a transportation revolution based in Los Angeles, CA. Come by their booth to find out about new projects, and learn about their member's club!
🟫 Join THE SKATESIDE at CicLAvia for a pop-up skate session designed for beginners! Their expert instructors will provide fun, hands-on guidance to help kids and first-timers build confidence on their boards. Plus, they will have their small ramp setup which gives skaters a chance to practice new skills in a safe and supportive environment.
🏛️ The Community Investment for Families Dept. (CIFD), will be providing FREE youth bicycle helmets for youth ages 5-17 years old (youth must be present). They will also have complimentary bike wheel reflectors, small safety items, and bicycle/pedestrian safety reading material while supplies last!
🔷 The West Adams-Leimert Park Family Source Center just opened up their new space located in the heart of Leimert Park Village. They provide a range of services to the community, including emergency housing and financial assistance, access to a food pantry, weekly food distribution, mental health counseling, youth services, and more! Visit their booth to learn more.
🟫 The L.A. Zoo will have an interactive and educational booth which will have different touchable objects related to a variety of animals, but no live animals present. There will be trivia games, prizes, and education outreach staff to engage guests of all ages and help them connect to nature and the world around us. The L.A. Zoo is a space for everyone and demonstrates to Angelenos their mission of saving wildlife, creating connections to nature, and enriching our communities.
🟢 Students Run LA will be joining us to share information about their organization! You will have an opportunity to sign up for their newsletter, social media information, and participate in giveaways (while supplies last).
🎨 LA Phil will be providing details for the remaining Walt Disney Concert Hall season and the announcement of the Hollywood Bowl 2025 season. Visit them as they provide brochures, giveaways, and plenty of information for their Spring and Summer concerts (while supplies last).
🔷 UCLA Extension will be providing information about their programs and courses, offering giveaways and prizes, and answering any questions people may have about their continuing education opportunities.

🟫 Interested in learning more about the Neighborhood Council system? Visit the Neighborhood Empowerment booth to learn more about how to get involved with your local Neighborhood Council. They will have information, resources, and giveaways (while supplies last).
🟫 One of 99 Neighborhood Councils (NC) throughout the city, West Adams Neighborhood Council, raises civic participation and helps the government be responsive to local needs. Their board members provide information, direction, collaboration, and empowerment to area stakeholders (i.e., those who live, work, own property or businesses, or belong to community interest organizations within the boundaries).
🎨 The American Institute of Architects Los Angeles (AIA-LA|ACLA) is promoting Inclusive Placemaking for Resilient Communities and with this idea, they are promoting activities that foster this. The team will have a photo booth with a backdrop of their new building on Adams. They will also have an interactive map of LA showing neighborhoods and photos that participants can pin up on the map to showcase their memories of their favorite neighborhoods.

🎨 Juju Social Club is a community of DJs, musicians, artists, creatives and their friends. They will be providing soulful musical vibes along with water, snacks and other goodies at their booth!
🎨 Stop by for live music from the wonderful students at Global Arts Corporation. While you’re there, jump into a fun mini-ukulele lesson with their young musicians! 🎶✨
🟫 United Neighborhoods Neighborhood Council (UNNC) will be joining us to share information about the community, United Neighborhood Council and the City's 99 neighborhood councils. UNNC will also have handouts regarding their upcoming elections!
🟫 Want to learn more about the history of West Adams? Visit the West Adams Heritage Association (WAHA) booth. They will be handing out historical information about the larger West Adams District and information about the Jefferson Park Historical Preservation Overlay Zone. Swing by for fun kids' activities, poppy seed packet giveaways and lastly, a chance to take part in their "A Stroll Along Jefferson Boulevard,” a West Adams self guided walking tour!
🎨 Biking While Black, a film and community project, will conduct community outreach to promote its educational and engagement programs. The initiative will emphasize the 'why' and 'how' of decolonizing Black and BIPOC experiences, aiming to foster empowerment and advocacy for safer streets across Los Angeles city and county.

🟫 The Los Angeles Public Library (LAPL) is excited to share an array of free library resources, information about their diverse programs and services, and facilitate sign-ups for new library cards. Attendees will also have the opportunity to get free books from the LAPL Book Bike (while supplies last)!
🔷 CicLAvia has partnered with Unlimited Biking to provide on site bike rentals during the event with pick up and drop off at the Jefferson Park Hub! Check here to reserve a bike in advance for 2-hour, 4-hour, or entire day time slots. A limited number of bikes will be available to rent at the event on a first come, first served basis. Helmet rental is complementary!

🏛️ Stop by the LA Clean Cities Coalition booth to explore alternatives to personal combustion vehicles! Learn about the latest Electric Vehicle incentives, rebates, and other sustainable transportation efforts. The team will be ready to answer your questions and provide valuable insights into cleaner commuting options.
🏛️ The Los Angeles City Planning Department will be joining us to inform the public about the new City Planning South Los Angeles District Office, and to educate the community on how to actively participate in City Planning initiatives.
🏛️ Enhance your civic engagement this month by learning more about the Los Angeles City Clerk! They will be hosting a civic engagement and voter information table to share more about upcoming elections, and ensure eligible attendees are registered to vote, or help update their information, such as a new address, if needed.
🏛️ The Los Angeles Civil Rights team will be joining CicLAvia to promote the department services and programs, such as Civil Rights Enforcement. LA Civil Rights enforces the City’s Civil and Human Rights Law, which prohibits discrimination in the private sector areas of commerce, education, employment and housing. 🏛️ The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) provides disaster preparedness training and exercises. They also work to set up CERT teams in all of our neighborhoods who are responsible for taking care of us, our immediate family, and our community when first responders are delayed getting to us.
🔷 Strategic Actions for a Just Economy (SAJE) will provide information on their campaigns, tenant rights resources, information on LADWP and other important resources.
🔷 The team at Esperanza Community Housing Corp will be at CicLAvia sharing information about 2 campaigns they are working on including Youth Mental Health and ITIN # Information. They will also be sharing information about their current programs.

🔷 The South Central Los Angeles Regional Center (SCLARC) will be sharing information on Milestone Moments for children 0-3, their Early Start and Lanterman programs, and community resources. 🟫 Visit the Redeemer Community Partnership booth for a chance to win a boombox! They are a nonprofit community development corporation committed to the health, safety and well-being of children and their families in our South LA neighborhoods. They will have free aguas frescas for participants, information about Electric Vehicle incentives, and will be raffling a boombox!
🟢 Bienestar will be joining CicLAvia with their mobile FREE HIV Testing Unit.
🟫 Visit the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County Mobile Museum. An Archaeology Experience simulates an archaeological field site in the Santa Monica Mountains. Visitors will have the opportunity to view various local, Southern California species of taxidermy mammals, reptiles, and birds mounted inside of the trailer as part of the experience.

🟢 spcaLA Pet Adoption Center will be open during Ciclavia! During the event, spcaLA will offer giveaways, info about adopting, and pet adoption specials. Stop by the pet adoption center and meet your friend for life!
🎨 Pull up to POT Gardens for a day of clay, community, and creativity. Stop by their sidewalk activation for free air-dry clay activities, a pottery sale featuring work by local artists, and a chance for you to check out Black Is... Black Ain’t, their latest group exhibition. Interested in pottery? Ask about their classes! Look for the inflatable cactus at Jefferson Blvd. and 12th Ave!
🎨 The Radical Hood Library has been open since October 2021. They organize their national books to prison program and national book club chapter meetups. Their collection of books uplifts Black, Indigenous and authors of color. Ranging from children's books and poetry, to radical theory and history. They also host events throughout the month like open mic nights, documentary screenings, teach-ins, our prison program packing week and more. The Radical Hood Library will be open during the event, visit them for more information. They will be offering free books + library card registration!

🎨 Juju Social Club (JSC) will have a booth with music, refreshments, and more to share with the community. Proprietors John and Michelle Myers invite folks to come by to say hello, learn more about the social club, and the beautiful history of the Soul Children that connects JSC to the community.
🎨 From 12-2pm, Los Angeles Nomadic Division (LAND) is excited to present Fume, artist Carlos Agredano's nomadic sculpture that monitors and collects ambient air quality data as it roams, creating hyper-local information about the environmental impact to freeway-adjacent communities in Los Angeles. Situated outside of LAND's HQ on Jefferson Blvd, the event will mark the first day the sculpture is on view. Over the coming three months, Agredano will take the sculpture to13 freeway-adjacent public sites to collect air quality samples. In addition to experiencing Fume, the artist will give a presentation focusing on modernism, urban planning, and the highway system in Los Angeles and how these systems have been represented by the city’s artists.
