Palms Neighborhood Council will be giving away Palms NC swag including limited-edition Palms TAP cards (while supplies last)! They will also have art activities available for kids.

Bike Culver City will be joining CicLAvia to share information about upcoming events and rides in Culver City and surrounding area. They will also have photo ops and updates on advocacy efforts in the Culver city area.
Streets For All is a transportation non-profit and the only political action committee focused on transportation justice in L.A. county. They will be handing out literature about their org and doing volunteer outreach!
Stop by the Caltrans District 7 booth to get information and give your feedback on upcoming bicycle and pedestrian projects. Contribute to feasibility efforts for long range plans and learn about opportunities to work with them!
The Metro Bike Share staff is excited to meet you and share more information about the bike share program! They’ll have cool swag available (while supplies last) and the opportunity to share your thoughts and experiences using Metro Bike Share through their community survey. Metro Bikes will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at their temporary station at the National Hub from 9am-2:30pm. Metro Bike Share staff will be available for assistance from 9am-4pm. Please note that this station will be removed at the end of the event. If you wish to return your bike after 4pm, please find an open dock at a station nearby. Plan ahead and download the Metro Bike Share App to purchase a pass and view other bike share stations near the route. Don’t forget to follow @bikemetro on social media, and always remember to return your Metro Bike to a station when you are done riding.
The Department of Neighborhood Empowerment will be handing out free information regarding the Neighborhood councils and giving out free swag with the city logo (while supplies last).
Come by and check out the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power’s (LADWP) booth to learn about their Electric Vehicle rebates and other discount programs.
SELA Bicycle Center will be providing free basic bike repair!
Visit the BlueLA booth to discover the benefits of car sharing, test your skills with a game of cornhole, and snag some fun giveaways! It's the perfect opportunity to learn, play, and win prizes while exploring the future of transportation.
The office of State Senator Smallwood-Cuevas will provide state resources on behalf of the State Senator. They will inform the community on ways they can find support from their state legislature.
The Office of Traffic Safety Program will provide safety material reading on bicycle and pedestrian safety, they will also provide FREE bike helmets to youth ages 5-14 years old as well as wheel reflectors (while supplies last). Helmets are limited and youth must be present to receive a helmet.
The Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT) Transit Team is ready to assist and educate the community with public transportation needs. They will be supporting seniors and students with applications for reduced-fare TAP cards while providing information on how to apply for free trips for low-income families.
The Office of the City Controller will be sharing information about projects that they are working on for the City. Staff will be on site to answer questions and can provide civic education and transparency on how much the City spends on transportation related expenditures.
Near the National Hub:
Downtown Culver City will be closing Main Street south of Venice Blvd, with a DJ pumping out great tunes and a bike valet for all staffed by volunteers from Culver City Boy Scout Troop 113. The Culver Theater, the Culver City Clerk, and Village Well Books will also have booths on Main Street.
BikeFest is here! Stop by Motor Ave, north of Venice Blvd. for music, food trucks, local restaurants, crafts, and lots of fun activities for kids! Programming and activities brought to you by the Motor Avenue Improvement Association.
Stop by Ivy Station for an all-day lineup of food trucks and restaurants, an outdoor beer tent hosted by Los Angeles Ale Works serving up a limited edition “seek-la-VEE-ah” West Coast IPA, lawn games and pop-up pickleball, DJs, and live music! Follow @ivystationculvercity for schedule and details.

The LA Metro Community Relations Office will be updating and handing out information on the I-405 Express Lane and the Sepulveda Transit Corridor (STC) team.
Unlimited Biking will be offering top-tier bike rentals! You can reserve a bike in advance here. A limited number of bikes will be available to rent on site as well on a first come, first served basis. In addition, a portion of the rental fees are donated to CicLAvia!

Bike Oven is a volunteer bicycle co-op focused on educating the public on how to do their own repairs on their bikes. Everyone is welcome to come and contribute to their space. They will provide minor repairs to your bicycle, patch or replace tubes, or teach you how to check on your bike for basic maintenance. Visit Bike-Oven.com or follow their ig @bike_oven!
Councilwoman Yaroslavsky representing the Council District 5 of LA will be joining CicLAvia to share city resources, information about the myla311 app, and will be speaking to constituents. Visit their booth for more information!

L.A. Care Health Plan will be distributing free information and resources regarding health care to the community.
The LA City Clerk will be on hand to register attendees to vote and share ways for everyone to be more civically engaged, regardless of age or citizenship status.
LA Clean Cities Coalition will have information available to inform the public about alternatives to gasoline combustion vehicles. They will also respond to questions about related efforts like current EV incentives, rebates, and general questions from the public.
The Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) Lead Hazard Remediation Program (LHRP) offers grants up to $25,000 for City of Los Angeles residents to remediate lead-based paint hazards. If you qualify for LHRP, you could also qualify for additional funding, up to $5,000 as determined by a Healthy Homes Assessment. Healthy Homes funding could include bathroom grab bars, carbon monoxide detectors, HEPA vacuums, or a home air cleaner as examples. Visit their booth for more information.

They blur the boundaries between poetry, theater, and improvisation to create connection through ink in a wired-in world. Sunny Cycles will be offering complimentary bicycle repair!
Join the L.A. Zoo and learn about conservation success stories the Zoo has had with some of our local animals, the California Condor, Peninsular Pronghorn, and Mountain Yellow Legged Frog! You can get hands-on with biofacts related to these animals, do some animal trivia, and learn about local opportunities to help in conservation and visit the Zoo for free.

Keep an eye out for Snap Yourself!, the mobile photo booth on wheels - they will be strolling around Mar Vista.
Stop by the Mar Vista Farmers market (on Venice and Grand View)! They are hosting a free bike valet and repair station Venice Blvd @ the Mar Vista Post Office lot. Park your bike and head into the marketplace for fresh squeezed juices, coconut milks, aguas frescas, or coffee. Grab delicious fruits and veggies (it’s cherry season) and many lunch options to choose from such as: Arepas, sushi, pizza, Indian food, dim sum, tamales, crepes, omelets, mini pancakes, yakitori and yakiniku rotisserie chicken, tacos, breakfast burritos, mango sticky rice, Holy Grail Donuts, Rooster Truck and Ohm (Vegan Indian) Food Truck too! Venice Heritage Museum, whose mission is to preserve, showcase, and nurture Venice’s diverse cultural heritage and history, will share information about their newly opened Museum space!

Venice Neighborhood Council (VNC) will be here to meet with residents along with Council District 11. They will also have VNC branded water bottles and other swag to share and have fun (while supplies last).
Council District 11 will be offering free CD11 swag (bicycle lights, water bottles, hats, Neighborhood Guides, etc.), and supporting Councilwoman Traci Park as she rides her bike from Mar Vista to Venice. They are also hosting a photobooth with Venice Paparazzi!
