CicLAvia—Wilmington featuring LA2050 invites Angelenos of all ages, interests, and abilities to help envision what the future of our region could be like.
CicLAvia and LA2050 believe in building a better future for our region. At CicLAvia, we work with local communities to turn public streets into public parks for a day. As a 2013 grantee of LA2050's MyLA2050 Grants Challenge, we know first-hand how impactful their support can be.
Together, we encourage you to slow down, take your time along the route, and join us in reimagining LA as the best place to learn, play, create, connect, and live.
Our event coincides with voting for the MyLA2050 Grants Challenge, which awards $1 million to 10 organizations to turn their inspiration into impact.
We encourage you to participate in Hub activities inspired by LA2050's goals to receive free, custom-made buttons for each category. You can also get the full, limited-edition set by voting online (between April 22 and 29) or at LA2050's booth at either Hub.
Below are a few activities you don't want to miss! You can also read more about activities along the route, check out our interactive digital map, and learn about everything you need to know about our April 28 event.
