Summer is in full swing and there are loads of fun ways to fill these longer days. From concerts and festivals to guided sunset hikes and yoga, here is a sampling of free events happening this week.
Wednesday, July 10
- Join a museum guide and park ranger for a sunset tour in and around the Griffith Observatory during a Sunset Walk & Talk from 7:55–8:55pm.
Thursday, July 11
- Spend an evening enjoying Opera at the Shore as the Marina del Rey Symphony performs live to Phantom of the Opera starting at 7pm.
- Swing through South Pasadena for the next edition of their Summer Concerts in the Park featuring The Wiseguys Big Band Machine from 6–8pm.
- Head to Hammer Museum for KCRW Summer Nights, a summer concert series, this time featuring Pavo Pavo. Festivities begin at 6:30pm.
