November 15
Each Thursday, Union Station hosts a Train-to-Table Farmers Market from 11am to 3pm, on the South Patio. “The market will feature a wide array of fresh, local fruits and vegetables as well as fresh-cut flowers, artisanal baked bread, roasted coffee, and a host of small bites for lunch or a mid-day snack.” You can easily get there via Metro by taking the Red, Purple, Gold or Silver Line directly to Union Station.

Today’s Bike 2 - Rules of the Road Class from 9am to 11am will help you learn how to safely (and legally) take to the streets. Near the Long Beach Airport? Check out the Festival of Flight from 10am to 4pm; you can enjoy the food and beer trucks while taking a gander at a number of airplane and vehicle displays along with live music in a kick-off of their 95th-anniversary celebration.
