- Free pedicabs – the pedicabs stop at each Hub's Info Booth, so just look for the sign! First come first served.

🟫 CicLAvia has partnered with Unlimited Biking to provide on site bike rentals on 12/8 with pick up and drop off at the Canoga Park Hub! Check here to reserve a bike in advance for 2-hour, 4-hour, or entire day time slots. A limited number of bikes will be available to rent at the event on a first come, first served basis. Helmet rental is complementary.
🎨 Join the Canoga Park Youth Arts Center for a creative sculpture activity celebrating transportation and bike mobility! Participants will craft bikes using pipe cleaners and other fun materials. Don’t miss out on the fun!
🎨 The Department of Cultural Affairs (DCA) will be joining us to share information about their services and provide fun giveaways, including flyers, buttons, and arts-themed coloring pages!
🏛️ Councilmember Blumenfield's Office will join CicLAvia to discuss stakeholder concerns and City services in the Third Council District. They will provide updates on City projects such as the "Connecting Canoga Park" pedestrian and bicycle improvements, bicycle/pedestrian planning in the Warner Center, the renovation of the Madrid Theater, and the Reseda Skate Rink.
🏛️ The Office of Mayor Karen Bass will be distributing compost pails and sharing resources from the City of Los Angeles (while supplies last).
🏛️ The City of Los Angeles Bureau of Street Services will be sharing information about the “Connecting Canoga Park” project that will transform 7 miles of streets in the heart of the Canoga Park community adjacent to the Metro G Line Busway (formerly Orange Line) Rapid Bus Corridor and G Line Pedestrian and Bike Trail (Orange Line Trail) in the west San Fernando Valley area of the City of Los Angeles.
🏛️ Stop by the Arcadis U.S., Inc. booth and share your vision for the bicycle lane infrastructure you want to see in your community!
🏛️ Metro will host a booth at the Canoga Hub highlighting projects in construction and planning in the San Fernando Valley. They look forward to talking with you about the ESFV LRT, G-Line Improvements under construction, projects in the Sepulveda Pass, and housing opportunities at the Canoga and Balboa Stations.
🏛️ Come by and check out the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power’s (LADWP) booth to learn about their Electric Vehicle rebates and other discount programs.
🟫 The Los Angeles Public Library (LAPL) is excited to share an array of free library resources, information about their diverse programs and services, and facilitate sign-ups for new library cards. Attendees will also have the opportunity to get free books from the LAPL Book Bike (while supplies last)!

🎨 Visit the Getty booth and participate in their free Pit Stop Art Workshop with artist Marcus Kuiland-Nazario where you can turn yourself or your ride into a mobile work of art; enjoy puppet karaoke, mobile cumbia performances from local 818 musician El Keamo, and bicycle karaoke from BiciCrófono; and view the "Super Steed" art bicycle created by artist David Nast Cole, inspired by Getty's medieval manuscripts.
🟫 TreePeople is kicking off their greening efforts in the West Valley and are eager to connect with the community! They’ll be sharing information about their impactful work and giving away free fruit and shade trees to residents in the area. Don’t miss their live tree-planting demonstration!
🟫 Food Forward, a volunteer powered produce recovery organization, will be sharing a taste of freshly harvested citrus and info about their backyard harvesting and farmers market recovery programs. Since starting in the San Fernando Valley 15 years ago, they have recovered and shared over 450 millions pounds of produce while supporting their mission to fight hunger and prevent food waste.
🟢 Discover the beauty and benefits of California native plants with the Theodore Payne Foundation! Stop by their booth to learn how native plants naturally conserve water, are wildfire-resilient, control erosion, and create energy-saving landscapes that support local wildlife. Pick up free resources, seeds, and expert gardening tips to help you bring these beautiful plants to your home or community.
🏛️ The Community Investment for Families Dept. (CIFD), will be providing FREE youth bicycle helmets for youth ages 5-17 years old (youth must be present, while supplies last). They will also have complimentary bike wheel reflectors, small safety items, and bicycle/pedestrian safety reading material.
🏛️ Enhance your civic engagement this December by learning more about the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk! They will be promoting a variety of job opportunities, and their team will be on-site handing out flyers and free promotional items.

🔷 Bici Libre will be offering FREE bike repair at the Winnetka Hub. They are a non-profit bike shop where tools, parts and used bicycles are available for free or at very low cost. Volunteer opportunities are available for any skill level, and Bici Libre aims to offer paid positions for skilled educators. Bici Libre is a Spanish/English bi-lingual repair and educational project.

🔷 ONEgeneration will showcase its programs and ongoing campaigns, providing informational brochures about its services. Attendees can explore interactive and printed materials on Youth Behavioral Health programs, ITIN resources, water conservation tips, utility assistance, Cal-Fresh support, and enhanced case management services. 🏛️ The LADOT Transit team is dedicated to helping the community access essential transit information. They will also assist seniors and students with TAP card applications and offer support for the low-income program, providing free rides on public transportation. 🏛️ Stop by the LA Clean Cities Coalition booth to explore alternatives to personal combustion vehicles! Learn about the latest EV incentives, rebates, and other sustainable transportation efforts. The team will be ready to answer your questions and provide valuable insights into cleaner commuting options.

🎨 The Metro Art team proudly presents artist Sarah Stone, who will be signing her vibrant debut Through the Eyes of Artists poster, celebrating Northridge. Plus, join a fun hands-on activity where you can decorate your bike with the signed poster using colorful pipe cleaners—perfect for showcasing your Northridge pride wherever you ride!
🏛️ The Los Angeles Planning Department will showcase materials from various land use policy programs in the South Valley. Attendees can explore maps displayed on easels, take surveys, and pick up free City Planning swag (while supplies last).
