A feeder ride or walk is when a group of people meets up and ride or walk to the CicLAvia route together. Feeders are not sponsored or produced by CicLAvia. Many feeders will depart before the streets are open to the public for walking and biking, so bike riders may be riding alongside cars. Please wear helmets and stress safety amongst your groups!
Please email [email protected] to submit your feeder ride or walk to our website.

We'll be riding at a friendly pace to accomodate most levels of riders, starting from Old Pasadena and ending near the Gold Line station in Chinatown. Much (but not all) of the route is downhill. Trained ride marshals will be leading/accompanying the ride to make sure that everyone arrives safely. Although the CicLAvia route itself is closed to motorists, parts of the ~10mi route we will be taking to get to the event will be shared by motorists.
We will ride as a group, obeying all traffic laws (stop at stop signs, red lights, etc.), and helping each other along the way. Once we get to Chinatown (featured on this CicLAvia), it will be yours to enjoy at your own leisure. Your return is your responsibility! We will NOT be organizing a return ride. Tip: the Gold Line is a great way to get back!
