Do I need to attend an orientation?

CicLAvia will send individual volunteers an introductory document in advance of the event so that you can familiarize yourself with the event and our organization. There will be an on-site volunteer coordinator the day of the event who will assign you a task and answer any questions you may have.
For group volunteers, CicLAvia will send your team leader training document with details about your role at CicLAvia. There will be an on-site volunteer captain the day of the event who will give your group an in-person refresher.
